White Rock Center of Hope cultivates hope through basic needs and personalized empowerment. WRCH operates a Thrift Store open six days a week where the entire community can shop, donate and volunteer. Basic needs includes Food Pantry, Clothing Closet, and Financial Assistance (focused on preventing eviction and utility disconnection). Personalized empowerment includes Financial and Employment.
