Beacon

Locally Owned and Operated by artist husband and wife duo, Jason Jenkins and Nicole Wyatt Jenkins, the Beacon is a mom and pop corner brick-and-mortar shop for the modern creative in the Downtown Fondren Historic District of Jackson, Mississippi.

We have a wide variety of art supplies, low waste offerings, handmade goods, and pre-loved vintage wares, such as collectible comics, typewriters and fountain pens that have been serviced, cleaned and restored in-house by Jason Jenkins, vintage lamps rewired locally by Ye Olde Lampe Shoppe, antique hand-knotted rugs that have been professionally cleaned locally by George Bell Rug Cleaners and include rug pad, and bicycles that have been tuned up by the Bike Rack/Indian Cycle and tires replaced, where necessary, and include era-appropriate accessories.
